Perfecta para el frío de Islandia en febrero (invierno). Es muy pesada, por lo cual conviene llevarla en bolsa al vacío (o puesta, si quieres ahorra peso en tu equipaje). Me sirvió muchísimo en temperaturas cercanas a cero. No pasé frío. Usé este como tercera capa, es impermeable. El material es de muy buena calidad. El color me gustó porque luce mucho en las fotografías. Tiene suficientes bolsas para guardar objetos pequeños que puedas necesitar: dinero, celular. Compré talla L y me quedó bien tomando en cuenta el uso de capas, lo usé por encima de ropa interior térmica y abrigo delgado en segunda capa. Peso 70 kg y mido 1,62 cm. Tal vez una M me hubiese quedado bien, no sé si hay mucha diferencia entre ambas. La lavé yo misma y la puse a secar al aire y todo muy bien.

I bought this coat for a trip to Iceland in mid November. Initially I was a little concerned about how much warmth it would provide because it's quite thin with only a removable fleece jacket inside. There is no filling in the jacket to make it puffy. However, this coat proved its worth in the frigid winter weather of Iceland. It is indeed wind proof which is what you need protection from the most in Iceland. I wore my merino wool layers, a thin long sleeve tee, and this coat with the fleece attached and I was perfectly warm. I am usually a size S but purchased a M for extra room. I can also confirm that is waterproof. We were sprayed by numerous waterfalls and the water rolled right off. All the elements of the jacket, like the zipper, velcro on the coat closure/wrists, and cords for tightening the hood worked perfectly and held up well. I wore this practically all day, every day for 10 days and I was cozy and comfortable the entire time. Overall, this jacket is made well and worth the purchase!
